HISTORY

Once an area of agricultural significance, West Cloverdale has been slowly transformed into an incredible display of million dollar homes. Rezoned from A-1 to RF meant the original owners of the property had the opportunity to turn the farm they so proudly maintained for years into a future hub for sophisticated and opportunistic home buyers.
